My informal expectations regarding sale price for my multi-family were slightly high and based on general website info. Christine had the local insights specifically into the multi-family market to help me market and price the property reasonably and effectively and to test the upper end of current sale prices and values as well. She handled everything and worked through some complicated repair and escrow issues driven by the nature of the buyer's financing. We rejected some attractive offers that were on the low side and ultimately sold the place at a price with which I was pleased.
