Christine was such a pleasure to work with, while buying my first condo. Having bought several houses, since my first, I knew what I wanted in a ‘home’. Once into the process, I learned buying a condo was not the same. There were so many other things to know and consider besides how many bedrooms or what layout one was looking for. Christine was so knowledgeable in every aspect that I needed to know about and make decisions on, before selecting my new home. In addition to helping find a lender, to giving me the ins and outs about HOA’s and COA’s, and always having an answer to my many questions, to a smooth and timely closing, Christine was always a phone call away.
