Christine is an amazing person and realtor. We were lucky to get referred to her through a family member, and she went above and beyond helping us purchase our first home. Throughout the entire process she was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions, answering many before we even needed to ask. She was happy to give advice when appropriate but always encouraged us to make our own decision. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we knew she had our best interest at heart. We would not have been able to make it to closing without Christine. The other realtor was horrible and shady, on top of what was already a complicated situation. The sellers had passed and the beneficiaries wanted nothing to do with the property. More than halfway through the closing process the other realtor admitted there was a second mortgage on the house which changed the existing agreement. Christine really went to bat for us and dealt with frankly an awful realtor with grit and professionalism. Thank you, Christine, for all of your hard work!
