Christine was absolutely phenomenal. Prompt, responsive, tremendous initiative, and just the right level of “in your chilli” when you’ve been sitting on something she needs. My wife and I worked with her to purchase and investment property in Warner Robins she made the process absolutely seamless and quick. Throughout the process she thought of things that we didn’t, and was refreshingly fair and honest about her thoughts. Super rare these days. We Will absolutely be coming to her when it’s time for my family to move. Highly recommend.

Anything I needed, no matter what it was, she made it happen. Searching and buying a house was a smooth and easy process due to her dedication, knowledge, and support. When I moved to Macon, GA, in 2012, I found Chris to go through my home search with, which she was great with her knowledge of the area. So now it was time to sell the house and thought call Christine as to who better to sell my home since she knew it well from when I bought it. We sold the house in about 20 days which was great and a quick close time made it even better for me as I already had moved to Nashville. Chris was great at keeping me informed and helped with things I didn't know I needed such as termite bond letter. What's that you might ask, call Chris and she will help you!! :-)

I listed my house with Christine and she explained the process in detail, was very professional and punctual. My house listed on Thursday and I had 3 offers within 2 days. The first offer dropped out and the backup offer was accepted that same day and the house was closed in 17 days. I have sold several houses in the past but this was, in my opinion, in record time. Christine was great to work with and should I have another house to sell she will definitely get my call. I would also recommend her to any buyer or seller that I know. Incidentally, she was the selling agent for a house that my step son, Samuel, bought several weeks ago. The closing was only 3 or 4 days after my closing. I understand that she did an excellent job in getting that house sold also. I only learned about this after the closing. She is a true real estate professional.

I worked with Ms. Schwartz to sell my house and the professionalism and knowledge was great. I have sold several houses over the years and this was the absolute easiest deal that I've had. She keep me informed of what was going on with the potential buyers, etc. This house sold from beginning to closing in less that a month. I certainly appreciate her assistance and will gladly use her again when/if the need arises.
