Our experience couldn't have been any better. We chose Chris after being with another company and realtor for 3 months. Chris had the knowledge to help us determine what needed to be done in order to have a successful sale. She also has many connections who are used to working with sellers in order to show the home for the best possible outcome. Chris made it a point to be there every time it was shown, (even on short notice) so we had our representative there to answer any questions the prospective buyers or other realtor had. As hard as it is to sell, she made it much easier in the process.
