Christine Poppy was knowledgable about the market and priced our house to sell for the appropriate amount. She was there guiding us with our decisions and helping every step of the way. The pictures her photographer took were stunning. The house sold in a week for an over ask price! She also helped with the closing since we were not there. She checked the house to make sure mail was forwarded, the grass cut, and the pool maintained while we were in our new house in a different state.
