This is my first time selling my home and 2nd time buying a home with Christine. She communicates everything in a way that makes sure you understand what is happening. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable. Christine knew how scared I was selling my house with my pets in it and made sure that not only my house was protected but so were my babies. Within 3 days, my home was under contract. I don't plan on going through this process again for a while, but if I do, there is only one person I'll be calling!

I had a bit of a tough situation, I needed to sell my Mother's Estate quickly which meant I needed to sell as is. I had no idea what to list it at, what my options were for selling, this was really a new experience for me. Christine did some market research, checked the condition of the house, and gave me an honest opinion on what it should be listed as and what needed to be done to sell as is.
