Regardless of state borders, what I have typically seen in Realtors is unprofessionalism, impatience, and money-driven, without your rights as a seller/buyer in mind. Meeting Christine was like finally finding that needle in the proverbial haystack. Christine provided us with “full picture” information on every home we inquired about. We searched for a very long time to find the right home for us and Christine was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. She asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of, to make sure the home we were considering didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code by licensed contractors. Once we made an offer, she was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. I am not sure how you can have a better agent than Christine Orlando. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes. We felt like we were working with our friend rather than a real estate agent. She truly made a long and difficult search, much more enjoyable.

I purchased my home from out of state. Christine went above and beyond what anybody has ever done. She acted like she was purchasing the home for herself. She would not let me move to an unsafe neighborhood, a house that she didn't think I would fit in, a house that was not worth the asking price. I made several offers and they were all rejected. However, Christine continuously sent me a house that I refused to even look at because I did not like the cover photo. She sent it to me day after day after day and I would not look at it. Finally, I took a look at it and ended up purchasing it. She knew it was the right home for me. I love her determination and knowing what I wanted and needed. She also allowed me to have packages sent to her house until I got there. She and her teammate, Melody, went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. In this process I met not only a wonderful realtor, but a great friend. I would highly recommend Christine. You will never go wrong with her. I have to say Christine broke her leg not far into my process but her associate, Melody, did a wonderful job of showing me homes. Not once did I need to send a follow up/reminder.
