My wife and I highly recommend the Team at Cedar Wood Realty!!! We did not know Christine and her team prior to working with them. My wife and I quickly felt comfortable entrusting the Cedar Wood Team - Christine and Trudy, with a pivotal decision of selling our home and downsizing. <br/><br/>We were fairly far apart on the initial discussion about the listing price because as a seller we thought we could get more. It is scary trusting someone with such an important decision. Trudy took us to some open houses in the area to help us all gain insight and perspective on the local market. Christine took the time to dig into the comparables and arrived at a listing price that was higher than the comps but made us very happy. Her confidence in the listing price made us confident. <br/><br/>The first open house was a success and we received an offer. Christine called me at 6am to tell me the offer was full price. She then went back to the buyer and requested a highest and best offer.
