Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Christine Menozzi moved to Delaware more than 30 years ago to marry and raise a family. While trading city life for the suburbs was a big transition, she quickly discovered the magic of the First State. Just a few hours from both the beach and Broadway, Delaware offered the perfect balance—and it's been home ever since.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Christine spent years as a Registered Nurse, helping people navigate some of life's most important moments. Her years in nursing instilled values and qualities that continue to shape the way she serves her real estate clients today—leading with integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping others.
Although her career shifted from nursing to real estate, Christine's passion for helping others never changed. Inspired by her desire to continue serving fellow nurses, she created The Nursing CARES Program™—a real estate initiative that provides education, personalized guidance, and exclusive savings to help nurses navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime family home, or relocating to a new community, Christine strives to make every transaction as smooth, informed and stress-free as possible. She considers it a privilege to help clients turn one of life's biggest decisions into an exciting new beginning.
Outside of her professional life, Christine appreciates time with her family and friends, refinishing furniture, and finding new vineyards to patronize. She is a resident of Hockessin and possesses a substantial familiarity with the area and surrounding communities—an asset whether you’re a Delaware native or new to the neighborhood. If you’re dreaming of homeownership in the DE/PA area, let Christine be your guide.
