6 years ago I needed to find a home quickly. I messaged multiple realtors and did not connect with any TIL Christine messages me. Instantly felt comfort and like my needs would be met. Went to see multiple homes per day til I found the perfect house. Now years later I sold with her and am buying my next house using her again. Would not trust anyone else.

Christine is highly knowledgeable. Knows what to look for. What to avoid and true value of a home and land. Knows the areas well and is a true pleasure to work with. Recommended a great guy to set up financing (the dude worked weekends and holidays to fit my needs) She handled the negotiations with the opposing realtor in a quickly timely manner. Christine goes above and beyond what a realtor does. She gives you her opinion and what to do and how to fix or present the home for sale. She gets you in touch with the proper people to do landscape or plumbing or painting or flooring or electrical so that you may properly prep the home for sale. She also does multiple open houses and tells you the best times and days to show the home based on clients needs to be open to showing home. She is open and honest and that is what we need in this day and age a realtor who does not sugar coar things just to get a commission. All realtors should be liker her. Christine is the best!!
