Christine is awesome! We can't say enough great things about her. The process of selling our home came with it's fair share (or maybe unfair share) of obstacles. From buyers who flaked out on us, to tricky negotiations, she was constantly working to keep the ball rolling and to help us get through challenges along the way. Anytime we had a buyer get cold feet or something fall through, Christine was right back out there, working leads and continuing to market our property. We always felt like we were her top priority. Christine is also highly responsive. No matter what time of day we called/emailed/texted, she was always quick to respond. We must have asked her several hundred questions during the process, and probably a lot of repeat questions on multiple occasions. She was always helpful in explaining the process and helped us to make informed decisions on how to best proceed to meet our needs. She has a ton of great contacts; from buyer's agents, to contractors for repairs. Her marketing tools were also quite impressive. Our pictures turned out fantastic, and really helped draw attention to the property. All of the printed materials and other marketing techniques were some of the best I've seen. After everything we've been through together and all that she has done for us, we consider Christine as more of a friend than our agent. We're not planning to buy/sell again anytime soon, but if we do, Christine will be our first phone call. Christine was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the DFW metro area housing market as well. As a remote buyer, I had to rely on my agent for a lot of things, such as a quick check out on a new listing to see if that's what I was looking for. Christine was very open minded and never pushed me to make a rush decision. Instead, she helped me make the best informed decision by providing a lot of recent sales information in my searching area. I was extremely happy with Christine's service and really appreciated her for all the extra effort she has put in helping me find the great home everyone in my family loves.
