This was the best real estate sale we’ve ever experienced. Not only did Christine get an offer on day one and two more the next day, the house sold for over the asking price. This was a remote sale, and Christine handled every aspect from listing, staging, arranging for the sale of furniture, removal of debris, and cleaning. If it weren’t for Christine we would have had to make multiple trips from 350 miles away. We couldn’t be more pleased with Christine.

Chris did a fantastic job listing my home. She had a professional photographer take amazing pictures and she put together a beautiful folder full of photos. Everyone commented on how nice a job she did representing my home. Chris is on top of everything. She is very timely with her response and is a great communicator. Chris doesn't sugar coat things, she will tell you like it is and will be honest to you about what she is thinking in regards to setting a price and a realistic sell price, not only based on comparables, but also the unique characteristics your home may offer vs the competition. Chris was extremely helpful during the negotiation process and really guided me while we negotiated with the buyer. Chris has represented me several times in the past and I have always been happy with her performance. I have recommended Chris to anyone looking for a top notch realtor and several of my friends have given Chris the opportunity to represent them.
