Buying real estate is always a tough personal decision. It helps when you have the right individuals guiding you throughout the process before, during and after. For us, that individual was Chrissy who represented us as the Buyer's Agent. Before - My husband and I had been living nearby and looking at real estate in Rumson for years, always knowing we would move there eventually. We met Chrissy at an open house and immediately struck up a good rapport with her. We loved the house but we just weren’t sure, so Chrissy kept in close contact with us ensuring that when the time was right to make an offer that we were ready. Even after we put in an offer, Chrissy continued taking the time to show us homes so that we could be sure of our decision. She was patient and extremely transparent about the process and how it worked. We never felt "pressured" which made this such a pleasureable experience! She always answered her phone and got back to us with answers quickly. During - During the negotiations, she fought hard for us for both the sales price of the home as well as inspection fixes that got us money back. She stayed with us during the long home inspection and took notes and followed up on each item almost immediately. At the final walk through, we found a minor plumbing issue that the inspector missed and Chrissy had her plumber at the house in 30 minutes fixing the problem so that the closing went off without a hitch! After - Even after we moved in Chrissy remained a resource for school information, finding home maintenance professionals as well as networking/plugging us into the community. She is always on the lookout for news pertaining to our street and keeps in contact with us to see how we are doing. Chrissy was and is still amazing and we highly recommend her!
