We used Christine both as buyers and sellers. On both sides of the transaction she was amazing at negotiating and helping us get to an equitable settlement between both sides. We were selling and buying older, historic homes with lots of complexities, but she skillfully walked us through several of these. She was quick to admit when she didn't know something, but within hours she would have hit up her resources and gotten back to us with an answer. She was honest with us in several tough moments, and that was just what we needed.
