She has really gone out of her way to help us out.. moving in, bringing deliveries in the house… setting up utilities, pool guy, mowing.. putting us in contact with all services we need as we are not local. She’s been awesome.

Over the past 3 years, we've worked with Christine for our home search. Yes - 3 years! Most other agents probably would have dropped us, but she was extremely patient, insightful and knowledgeable of local codes, and helped guide us to the perfect house. Along the way we looked at many homes, most of them needing some level of work and she always gave good tips and advice on what was important to fix, especially with rental income in mind. She was always available at a moment's notice to walk-through a house while face-timing us; We were not top-dollar clients but she treated us as such. If you're looking for an island agent, you need to give her call.
Most realtors would have dropped us like a hot potato after our 3-year home search, which included 5 or 6 different offers on homes before we finally were able to close on a home which was an excellent match for our needs. Christine patiently drove us all over the island and was more than knowledgeable and professional the entire time; sometimes we'd go back to a house 2 or 3 times and then decide against it. While that would likely agitate most realtors, she gave welcome insightful feedback, remodel/upgrade suggestions and was great to work with. I KNOW we're not easy to work with! It never seemed to faze her. We did not know her prior to our home buying adventure, but not only was she the best realtor we've ever worked with (in our many years of buying and selling homes), but I'm proud to say she's also a new friend.
Christine was very knowledgable of the area we had decided to buy, she showed us several properties in our price range and was able to negotiate a great price on the one we decided on with our best interests in mind! Very helpful with financing and insurance recommendations! She helped with negotiating repairs after our inspections and made the buying experience very smooth especially during a pandemic!
