Christine Kim was great! and I highly recommend her. I have worked with many real estate agents, but Christine set the bar incredibly higher now. She's not only knowledgeable but she's also always prompt in answering my emails/calls and has the customer's best interest as her first priority. Thank you so much for going the extra mile to sell my house.

Christine Kim is great. We were very lucky in buying our first home with her as we were total neophytes to the whole process and could have easily been taken advantage of. We met other real estate agents during the process, many of whom seemed to be overselling and trying to downplay problems or to convince us to buy whatever they had on the market. Christine isn't like that - she'd alert us to dangers on particular properties, warn us against places that weren't as great as they appeared to us, and led us to look at properties we might not otherwise have considered that we wound up loving. She let us make up our own minds and her highest priority was finding us a house that made us happy. Once we set our sights on a house, she made all the arrangements, helped us with negotiating points we wouldn't have known to ask for, and helped us find a reliable mortgage broker and escrow company. I hope we'll be in this house for a long time so I don't expect to get the opportunity to work with her again soon but if I were ever in the market again she'd be the first person I'd call. I highly recommend working with Christine Kim!

Christine was invaluable in helping me find my place---and she was helping me even before I decided to buy...when I was looking for rentals! THAT tells you something right there... She KNOWS the area and was right there to show me he best stuff that became available and was totally flexible to my changing needs. I can't speak highly enough of her. She was very wise in negotiating and also was an expert in dealing with all the contracts, insurance and innumerable details that go into buying a new home.. she's a lawyer too (that doesnt hurt...)
