Christine's personality is great for the career field she chose. She is so easy to work with; I have bought and sold several homes with her help. Each property is different; I listed a home in Salford Place, Columbia County, GA. that Christine had helped me purchase 10 years prior. Home was utilized as a rental and needed a few repairs before resale. I spruced up my home and thought I was good to go, Christine assessed my home and pointed out I needed to replace the vinyl in master bath and possibly reroof due to age of roof. I told Christine I would consider these 2 additional improvements but please go ahead and list my home. She did and response was mediocre, 7 weeks later I updated the vinyl and reroofed my home and the calls and request for showings went through the roof. Mind you I increased the price of my home by $5,000 to offset cost of new roof, but response was astounding and I was under contract in just a few weeks after making the 2 repairs Christine suggested in the beginning.
