Chris was very responsive from the moment we called her. She made us very comfortable with the process of selling our home and had great suggestions to improve the showing of it. In less than 3 weeks from my initial call to Chris she had 4 contracts on the house. Chris was great to work with and would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
I hadn't really gone through the home buying process by myself before, and Chris was super helpful throughout the whole process. It was always easy to reach her and she was able to give clear and accurate info. Anything to do with contracts and documents was handled accurately and promptly. She also has a good network of people who can help with associated parts of the home buying process. (Like home insurance, for example) My literally only complaint is that she is reliably about 5 minutes late to every showing, but I'd hardly call it a deal breaker. Everything else was good.

Gave us several options and we were able to choose. We are very impressed with Chris' expertise of the changing Market and what it means as both a seller and buyer.
