My experience with Christine was outstanding. She is very professional, knowledgeable of the market, and thorough in her explanation of all legal documents and procedures. She was wonderful about following up on text and phone calls when I had questions. She dealt with breaches of protocol by so called professionals who left our door unlocked after showing our property and another who showed our property without prior approval. She did this quickly and decisively eliminating any further such issues. She had very good suggestions for staging our property that I believe were very helpful in selling it. After the sale, she personally went through the inside and outside of our condo and called me when she found a few items we mistakenly left behind. Nice. She is pleasant, communicative and very easy to work with. Wonderful experience.
