My condo was only on the market a short period of time before I received my full asking price contract. Unfortunately it fell thru so we had to put it back on the market but within a few days we had another contract for full price. This transaction seem to take forever but it was no reflection on Christine and her team it was the buyer and their agent that made it frustrating Christine went over and beyond the call of duty!
