As I said in my previous statement, Ms. Grier did an outstanding job in contacting us on a regular time schedule and she assisted us in all the paper work, which by the way is too much in my opinion, She seemed quite honest in discussing the value of the house and helped in the suggestions that we applied prior to putting house on the market.
