Christine Garabedian is someone you want to work with. She really goes to bat for you and works hard to get you the best deal she can. She's reliable, responsible, detail oriented, and her suggestions are always spot on, especially her suggestions for staging the property. The video and photos she had made of the property were excellent, featuring all its best points. She even showed the house to everyone personally rather than having a drop box key for other brokers. We really appreciated the time she took to address all our concerns, answer our questions, and walk us through the whole process. We would use her services again with hesitation.
