I would definitely recommend Christine Fischer to anyone selling their home. As I stated earlier, as real estate attorneys for many years (now retired), we have had interactions with scores of different realtors through the years...everything from 'OK, I got the listing, so now I'll just sit back and let the MLS do all the work', to realtors who practically bullied their client to take a low ball offer just so they could get a contract and would get some commission, rather than no commission.
