Christine was extremely helpful when assisting us with finding and negotiating on our home. Her experience with new construction was especially helpful when knowing the in's and out's of what to look for. She is very patient and really knows what her clients are looking for in a home. Christine was a pleasure to work with all the way through. One thing we loved was just how straight forward and honest she was. More than that, she took the time to really try to understand what we were looking for rather than just assuming she knew. As a result, she and her team were able to tailor the search to properties we actually would be interested in, rather than showing us a bunch of random sites that we'd never consider. In fact, we originally told her we were just starting our search and was in no rush to buy something. We ended up going out only 3-4 times before we found the house we were looking for. As for negotiation, Christine was awesome. She was honest with her assessment and didn't try to just get us to agree to something just to get her commission. Instead she made sure she negotiated on our behalf and got us a fair price that we were happy with. All in all we definitely recommend working with Christine and her team if you are looking for a new home.
