Christine was very professional and extremely organized. She was always very punctual in getting back to us with all our questions. She made the entire process enjoyable, from the house search thru to closing. She knew the area well (Leesburg, Eustis, Tavares, Mt Dora). Her commitment to us was appreciated. We highly recommend her.

Mrs. Christine Newsome was very knowledgeable about all aspects regarding our transaction. We were from out of state so she was our eyes and ears. She made herself available at all times and walked us through the entire process. She was also extremely organized and very pleasant. We are extremely happy with her services and would definitely recommend her in the future.

Christine was an exceptional real estate agent who not only knows the market and how to sell and buy a home she was a huge comfort in helping us through all the ups and downs of looking for homes. We were working with her for a solid year during this journey and she was patient, never pushy and a true joy to work with. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family or anyone looking for an agent.

Christine IS thee best!! She is always on her "A"-game!! We were kept very well informed EVERY step of the way of the entire buying experience and we felt ZERO pressure with no "surprises" right up to Closing. Well done Christine and thanks for making our "dream" come true!! :)

I begin working with Christine at least 2 years prior to my retiring from the military as a single woman. She understood my situation and ensured that she stayed in contact until I was able to get back to Florida and on my own two feet. She was very patient, very understanding, and very easy to talk to. I told her what I was looking for and she made sure that I didn't settle for anything less. She kept me informed and up to date on everything, from what houses were available, the step it took to get the house, to the closing table. She eased all of my fears and worries and was always available for any questions that I had. She ensured that she linked me with the best people to make my dream a reality. I definitely recommend her. She's the best and I truly appreciate her!

So lucky to have Christine as our representive during the sale of our townhouse. Her knowledge and expertise was comforting as we went through the process of selling. We were away from our home during the time it was on the market and Christine watched over our property as though it was her own.

Christine provided expert advice as we moved through the process of buying our home. She showed a great deal of integrity as she dealt with a somewhat “difficult” agent representing the seller. She handled our entire experience with professionalism. Her caring attitude and Christian values are valuable components of her character.

The most responsive and knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. She answered questions we did not know to ask and she upheld our best interests when dealing with the seller and their realtor. She is very professional and makes sure everyone is doing their job including, but not limited to, the title and mortgage companies.

Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife and I have extremely busy and out of the normal schedules. Christine worked around US to make everything work. We never had to take vacation or days off to work around her. Our home was listed beautifully. The description, photos and listing really showcased the beauty of our lakefront townhome. We were thoroughly impressed. The house was listed and we got an offer the very next day after the first viewing!!! 24 hours on the market. Woohoo!!! Throughout the entire process Christine was there. All hours of the day, every day of the week. If we left a voicemail or text we heard back within a very short amount of time. By far the best experience we have ever had with a realtor!!! My wife and I are also pleased to say we also made a fantastic new friend in the process. If you want a realtor who has your back and fights tooth and nail for you, then Christine is the one. I HIGHLY recommend her!!! And now we are working with her on the purchase of a new home!!! Thank you so much Christine. We always look forward to working with and talking with you!!!!

Christine's level of dedication and professionalism was unsurpassed. We simply loved working with her. She made a stressful time very easy! Thanks Christine!

My wife and I just moved to Florida from Arizona late last year. So we didn't know anyone around the Sunshine State, much less what the housing market around the greater Orlando area was like. It turns out houses around here get snatched up pretty fast. While puttering around Clermont, we started asking around about a house near Lake Minehaha and quickly came into contact with Christine Newsome. I really can't say anything bad about Christine. She was very flexible to my work schedule and was willing to meet with us on weekends when her office was empty. She even drove a couple counties over to meet outside of her usual territory; which is the Clermont/Groveland area. Christine proved to be remarkably patient and personable. We first met her in early winter, and she stuck with us until we closed our new home in May. My mother and mother-in-law tagged along on a few home showings, and both made quick friends with Mrs. Newsome. If you're looking for a home in the central Florida area, this realtor is a great place to start.

Christine was fantastic. She was always available via text, call, and email. She answered all of our questions, helped us navigate the recent hurricane season, gave us a fantastic parting gift after the sale, she knew the ins and outs of the market, she kept us in the loop, she helped us stay at ease during the sale. My wife and I are so grateful for all of the help and reassurance that Christine provided us.
