Wow! Where do I begin? My fiancé and I were first-time home buyers during this crazy 2020/2021 market. Christie took time to understand my goals, and needs before offering a solution. Too many realtors approach the relationship as a simple transaction, and fail to understand their client before they launch into a presentation describing how wonderful they are and how much they'll get for your home. I've had poor experiences with realtors in the past and dreaded this one. However, a friend recommended Christie and since I had to pick someone, I gave her a shot. It was a pleasant surprise to have her ask for my input instead of telling me what to think. She asked relevant questions, listened to my replies, and took notes.
