Christine helped my wife and me buy our first home recently, and we couldn't be more happy with her performance. We went with FHA financing which added quite a bit of turmoil into our purchase - we made offers on 3 homes that were sold to cash buyers instead, and a 4th home where the owner accepted our initial offer but wouldn't renegotiate once the FHA's appraisal came in at a lower price. Christine really went out of her way to try to make that deal happen for us, but when it didn't, she was still very positive and reassuring that we would find and get something we were really happy with - which we ultimately did! She's a real fighter. And she's become a friend in the process, really welcoming my wife and I to much more than just a new home, as we moved to Sarasota from southern California and didn't know anybody.
