I would like to recognize and acknowledge the energy, skill and professionalism of agent Christine Clarke relating to her efforts in the sale of our 60 year-old family residence. Unfortunately, we had let the condition of our Mom and Dad’s home “go” after our Dad passed. (It had definitely seen better days!) Chris advised us re the pluses and minuses of putting work (and $$) into the house, balancing how we might boost our sales price while not over-spending $$ that we would never see again. She had beautiful pictures taken which accentuated the strengths of the house and deftly handled the large # of people who came by to see the house. Her real estate knowledge, wonderful handling of potential buyers and sound advice to us when it came to the pricing and the sales contract we ultimately signed, all led to the successful sale of our parents’ home and a wonderful, positive personal experience!
