We had just started the process of getting ready to list our property when my husband and I (both seniors) were hospitalized with Covid. It became clear that he and I would not be able to return to our home after rehabilitation, so most of the process was done by telephone. Christine Clark’s clear explanations, patience, guidance and knowledge of local resources was invaluable in moving towards listing the property in a timely manner. Unusual circumstances caused a lengthy delay before closing, and again, she provided support, knowledge and guidance along the way.
