Christine was always ready to help us not get too discouraged and show us the next house. She is very professional and has experience with many parts of the industry which was really helpful for us. Most importantly, Christine is kind and helped hold our hands through a confusing and oftentimes frustrating process, ultimately helping us buy our dream home. Christine made our house hunting process a walk in the park! Despite covid in the midst of it all - she was professional, quick to respond, fun to work with, and incredibly helpful. She explained every step of the process to us (we had no idea what we were doing!), she showed us the best possible houses in the area we were looking in, coached us through the offer process, and held our hand the whole way through. I HIGHLY recommend working with Christine if you are in need of a house- Our home is everything we were looking for!

Christine represented me in the summer of 2020 when I was looking for a house in the New Paltz/Kingston area. On the first day visiting properties she took me to the place that is now my home! She gave me great advice about making the offer. She understands the market here extremely well. She then guided me calmly through all of the steps before I could close. And then, since she lives nearby, answered my questions about local services. Close friends recommended her to me and I have recommended her to others.

Christine was an amazing help during both the home buying AND selling process. I had bought my house with her a few years ago, and she helped me find a perfect fit that worked in my budget. After a few life turns, I had to sell after a few years, and she was even better then! She helped stage my house, list, show, and helped me establish a reasonable listing price that got me a great buyer quick. She was available for all of my questions, and she worked fast to get me answers when I needed them. I cant recommend Christine enough!

Our family has so far worked with Christine to purchase two houses, and she is currently helping us locate/purchase a hospitality business. Our family had a TON of wide ranging needs for the properties we were looking for and she was patient, knowledgeable, and skillful (and funny!) throughout all of our many dealings with her. Ultimately we've been thrilled about our purchases and what she was able to find/guide us towards especially during an incredibly competitive climate to purchase residences/businesses up here.
