Christine recently helped me helped me with a somewhat complicated transaction. I was down sizing and needed to sell my primary residence and purchase a smaller home. I first found the condo I wanted to purchase and Christine wrote the offer to be contingent on the sale of my existing house. Once both offers were accepted, Christine negotiated for me to able to remain in my primary residence an extra 10 Days after closing at no cost to me. This allowed me to remodel the new property before moving in. It’s always easier to replace flooring and paint prior to living in the space. To my surprise, Christine is also an accomplished interior decorator. She helped me choose paint colors, flooring and recommended furniture placement. She did this free of charge and seemed genuinely interested in helping me create a wonderful new home. In today’s hot real estate market a lot of agents simply coast on the fact that everything sort of sells itself. It’s been refreshing to work with someone who treats me like a person and is interested in helping me with the process. It’s incredibly stressful and it’s nice to have someone on your side who actually wants to be there.
