Christine was wonderful! The short sale of my home took quite a bit longer than expected, with plenty of bumps and bruises along the way, but she was always on top of things once they got moving along and knew exactly what to expect and when. This was my first time ever selling a home and she made sure that I was kept informed of what was happening in the process. I would definitely recommend Christine!
5/5 Stars! Christine Chaoon was amazing. I was recently stationed in California and needed my home sold on a short fuse. Our home was for sale by owner but we absolutely needed help selling it. That’s when we found out the soon to be new home owners realtor was amazing. Christine basically took care of everything. She stayed in constant contact with me about all inspections, requirements and making sure I understood everything. Keep in mind she did all this even with a time change. She adjusted her schedule to fit my Cali time zone. How amazing!!! Living out of state and having to deal with selling a home is already stressful. She made it almost stress free. I couldn’t have sold my home without her. If you want a realtor who’s invested in helping you sell your home she’s my #1 pick hands down. Anything negative should be reviewed for accuracy and honesty. After my experience I couldn't imagine anything negative against Chris to be true.
