if you are a buyer/seller, you need to contact Christine…especially if you are a first-time home buyer! Our purchase was far from perfect. We had an out-of-state seller that was completely unresponsive to the sale….and there where times that we all believed that this purchase would never happen. Not only did Christine effectively represent our interests, she also was paramount in the completion of the terms of the contract….and we closed on-time! This is the fifth property I have purchased in three states..and by far, Christine has been my best agent! I didn’t know Chritine prior..she was a complete stranger. However, the universe said that this was our perfect home, and Christine was the perfect agent….and the universe was correct.
