From the start Christine was very personable and made us feel welcome being new to Virginia. We originally wanted to buy land and she was very helpful in what to look for and open to walking lots of acres in the woods with us with our two small children in tow. She was very good at communicating and getting all the information we needed in a timely manner. When we didn’t find any land that suited us we switched to looking at homes. We finally found the home we wanted and she negotiated a good deal for us and then she sought out inspectors and was kind enough to set everything up. Everything went very smooth all the way to closing. Needless to say I think Christine went above and beyond helping us in our purchase. I would recommend her to anyone.

I initially started my search for my first home at the end of 2021. During this time, we submitted numerous offers but ultimately fell short due to the market conditions. I decided to postpone this search until I saved more money and had hope that the market would calm down more once I picked the search back up. Christine ensured that she remained in contact with me during this period and once I was ready to pick up the search again toward the end of 2022, she was ahead of the game sending out houses with all the information we had discussed a year ago. Throughout this second attempt, she remained in constant communication with me and went above and beyond to ensure we succeeded in finding my first home. The very first offer we sent was ultimately accepted and from there, she never stopped working with me to educate me on the process moving forward. Christine began to feel more like a friend who wanted nothing more than for me to succeed in my goal of owning my first home. She is dedicated, passionate, well-informed, and above all else, one of the kindest and most genuine people I've had the pleasure of working with.
