Detail Oriented - Christina seriously look more closely at all properties than I did during home tours. Figured out what's good and what's bad. She also meticulously read through all disclosure and will point out any concerns even when I didn't think of it. Caring - She truly rather that we wait to buy the right house instead of rushing us to buy. I don't ever feel the pressure that I need to put down more offers.
