Christina was great to work with again. She is very thorough and professional. We had many questions about the property and she provided answers quickly. Great coordination with sellers and their agent. We will definitely recommend her in the future!
Christina Spurr is simply one of the most decent people I have ever known. In selling my previous home eight years ago she helped me navigate an extremely difficult period as my husband passed away. She literally held my hand throughout the whole process. She continued as a trusted agent this time, offering excellent advice and assistance. I cannot rate her highly enough.
Christina took a “we are family “ approach and stepped up to join us in any challenge we encountered during the sales process! Cannot say enough about her caring attitude.

Christina went beyond to close this deal and stayed on top of every detail. She is very professional and would recommend her to anybody who needs to purchase or sell their home
Chris was extremely helpful in buying. We had to rely on her heavily, since we were buying from out of state. She understood what we wanted and took care of a ton of the legwork.
This is the 2nd time I’ve utilized Christina for selling and then buying a home and I couldn’t imagine doing either without Christina! She is professional and kind. I love her honesty and sense of humor! She conveys a wealth of knowledge without confusing you. She responds quickly and is never afraid to say if she needs to check it out. In a world where customer service is footnote in the Smithsonian - Christina practices this list art every day! 11 stars out of 10!
Christina was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and honest throughout the selling experience. Her unwavering support was instrumental in finalizing the sale of my home. I highly recommend Christina and will call on her again without hesitation.
Christina had excellent communication throughout the entire process. She really gets to know her customers and their individual needs and meets those needs. She was there every step of the way and made sure to stay on top of everything. Really appreciate all she did to make it seamless.
Chris went over and above. She is amazing.
We met with a number of realtors to get an idea of their services, assessment of our home and overall capabilities. Included Christina on this process as she was selling another home in the area. She impressed us at that first meeting and we decided to move forward. She did an excellent job in marketing our home and the web site workup was impressive. Potential buyers came by quickly and the house sold rapidly. Unfortunately there was a problem with follow-up and responsiveness by the buyer's realtor. Christina worked hard to bring this one home and we found her to be dedicated, professional and hard working on our behalf. Overall we were vey satisfied and will contact her in the future when we have another home to sell. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the area!
