Working with Christina was a breeze. We were referred to her via our selling agent out of state, and could not have been any more happy with the experience. We started discussions a few weeks before we came to town to do house tours, then met with her and looked at a few handfuls of houses, each one better than the previous. She navigated us around from house to house, we even added additional houses on the tours. She was able to help us determine what we wanted, and then in turn found houses on the market to show us. I was living in Cincinnati Ohio but wanted to move down to Atlanta. I spent almost two years looking for a house to buy. Christina would send me listings via email. Many, many times I asked her to go look at a house while I was still up North. She would Face Time on the phone with me, walking from room to room and all over the property so I could see everything. That way I got a much better idea of the home I was interested in without having to pop down to Atlanta every time a house of interest came on the market. Just looking at photos online is not the same. Not the most efficient way to find a home but she was game. n n Almost every time I called her she answered without the phone going to voice mail. If she was busy, she got back to me quickly. Anyway, she was very patient and kept a positive demeanor even though I was probably asking more of an agent than most people do. After having her look for me for two years, I am happy to say we got it done and I love my new home.

Christina did an excellent job in assisting us in buying a home as we were out-of-state buyers. She was readily welling to Face Time any house we were interested in seeing and helping us to decide to proceed further. nOnce we found the home we wanted she assisted us diligently from the offer to closing.
