Christina was such a blessing during our selling experience. Our house was sold in just TWELVE days. My husband was not the easiest human to deal with and she kept him happy. Any requests or questions were answered at all hours of the day. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. If we didn’t move out of state, I would have loved to use her in Tennessee as well.

My experience with Christina was excellent. To start the process off she was very patient with us as we readied our home for sale, she gave us guidance as to how to best prepare the home for viewings, and she went over the pricing process and options thoroughly. While the house was for sale she stayed in communication, and was responsive, and easy to get a hold of, even in off hours. I felt she gave me good advice as the offers came in, and walked me through the counter offer, and acceptance process. I would highly recommend Christina to anyone in need of a realtor.

Worked around my schedule and did everything she could to give me what I wanted. We ended up buying what felt like the 100th house her and I looked at. Her communication skills between me and my husband and the sellers and their party was fantastic. Christina's knowledge about literally anything you have questions on we're very relieving and always honest. To be honest. After spending so much time house shopping with her I honestly miss hanging out with her all the time ! She's just that good. Even after buying the house, moving in, I still Contact her with questions about the home owner paperwork we receive and she's always there. Answering my questions.
