We decided to purchase a second home near our children if Florida so this was a long distance process for us. Christina was our eyes and ears from a thousand miles away and was able to share her expertise of the market and area so we could make an informed choice. She visited sites on our behalf, attended walk throughs and recommended home inspectors. We were unfamiliar with the real estate process in Florida and Christina and Carlie walked us through every step from beginning to end. They answered every question and kept in constant contact with us thoughout the entire process. This isn't our forever home, so we are excited to use Christina and her team again for the next purchase and sale.
