I’ve bought and sold 9 homes all around the country in my rather rambling journey. I am very happy that I was referred to hire Christina as my realtor when selling my house. She researched the area to find what the best price was to list my house at and also kept in mind that I wanted to sell as quickly as possible. She had great recommendations on how to prep the house for the sale and came by for a final walk-through before it was put on the market. For every offer that came in, she guided us through what our options are and how to handle each potential buyer. Her communication skills are on point and she was available to answer questions that came up. Highly recommend.
