Christina was the perfect agent to represent me with the sale of my house. She got the house staged, she is very experienced with the market and helped point out what we needed to do to get the highest price, then connected us with the buyer that bought the house. The process was smooth and Christina was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely use her again!

Christina did an excellent job putting together great pictures and a wonderful listing description for our home. With the proper marketing, we sold it in a good timeline!

Christina was always there for any question. No matter the time of day. Whenever I had a concern or question, she was there. I would never have closed on my new home as fast as I did without her!

Christina helped us buy our first home, and now our forever home. She is extremely caring, and always puts your needs/wants within your search. Having 2 girls and 2 dogs things sometimes were hectic. She handled everything so well each time. 100% recommend her for anyone needing an agent!

She did really well at learning what we were looking for and recommending homes that could be a great fit. She advocated for us when it came to offers and the closing on the final home. We would recommend her to anyone searching for their next home!

Christina is so knowledgable and amazing at what she does! She made the entire house hunting process so stress free. I would recommend her to anyone!

Christina helped us find our new home and then sell this house. The selling process was just as smooth as the buying process. She was always available to answer questions, her staging is PHENOMENAL, she paid attention to detail and helped us identify areas needing attention, and of course marketed our house great and helped us get the offer we hoped for in a more than reasonable amount of time. There isn’t much more to say- if you’re looking for a realtor for EITHER the buy or sell side, you have to give Christina a call. It’ll be the best decision you make!

Highly recommend! I’m glad Christina was the one who took the call that winter morning. She is Honest, ethical, professional, knows her stuff, went out of her way; moved mountains to get us countless showings. Humored me. Knows the market. Prepared many offers in this sellers market. Answered emails, calls, texts almost immediately. We not only found a realtor, we consider her a friend. Wealth of knowledge, Christina was able to recommend reputable lenders, contractors, insurance company etc, all of which were on top of their game as well. This was very important to me in the process. I would recommend christina in a heart beat. And when I want to put in another offer on another property she will be my first text/call. Notifications are still on! 😆

Christina really took the time to not only get to know us, but to get to know what we were looking for in a home. She remembers the little details that made a huge difference in the buying experience. She is super responsive, easy to get ahold of, and always follows through on questions and concerns promptly. The buying experience was abovlutely no pressure- she keeps it real and never tried to push us on a property she knew we didn't like- she got to know what we wanted that she also knew when it just wasn't for us! Kept us updated throughout the buying process, was there on closing day and after. We can speak from experience- this isn't our first home buying experience, and having Christina this time around only made us realize how much we missed out on the first time around. We can't recommend her enough! She was so great that we're having her sell our house because of the trust we have for her. Seriously- anyone looking for a great, reliable, genuinely good person to be their agent, look no further than Christina.

Christina was recommended to me by my parents as the best agent to help me and my girlfriend find our first house together. Although this was my first house hunting experience, my girlfriend had bought and sold two houses prior to us finding this one, and she said Christina was by far the best real estate agent she had ever worked with. I was amazed by how thorough, organized, friendly and thoughtful she was throughout the whole buying process. Buying the right house is an incredibly daunting task, but with Christina's expertise, that task becomes significantly more manageable. Christina went well above and beyond what I would expect from an agent. She was not out to make a quick sale, but rather incredibly patient and insightful making sure that we picked the perfect home that fit all of our needs. Christina sat with us at the closing and I believe in that moment I came to see that she truly cared about how we felt about our purchase. You can rest assured that whenever we go property hunting in the future we will choose her to help us find the right place. Thank you Christina. We appreciate you!

She's excellent and so professional and on top of what goes on. If she doesn't have an answer she will find a way to get one. I don't have enough words to sing her praises, if we can use her again we will jump at that opportunity. Excellent realtor and an office that stands behind her.

Christina was hands down the best real estate agent I’ve dealt with. She was no BS, and straight to the point. If there was any issues she would inform me straightaway and if I had concerns she addressed them no matter what time of day. I would use Christina any time I would buy or sell a house. Why would you want to use anyone else?
