Christina was great! I was a single woman, first time homebuyer and I felt like Christina was truly looking out for me. She listened to all of my needs, was willing to go look at a house at the drop of a hat, and did the best job finding me the perfect house!

Efficient about paperwork and getting showing appointments. Was able to get all of our paperwork correctly done on the first try. Provided support throughout the process to make the sale good. Highly knowledgeable about the area.

Christina did an excellent job in helping us sell our condo. She made suggestions on improvements that were key in getting a good price. We had multiple offers and she helped guide us through choosing the best one. She was responsive to our questions and very professional. I highly recommend her.

Christina helped us immensely in our purchase of a unique log cabin. She is professional and thorough, but also personable and accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone as an agent that truly makes the home buying experience hassle free. I would never even consider anyone else.

Christina was very patient with me during this whole process of purchasing my first house. We must have looked at about 20-30 different houses before we found the right one. She did a great job working with me on figuring out the type of house I liked, the features I wanted, and where I wanted to buy. I would definitely recommend Christina to someone I know and use her expert services again in the future.

If you're looking for a realtor, go no further! Christina is hard-working, smart, and extremely knowledgable about all phases of real estate and the Louisville area, as well as being very sensitive to a client's needs (we've been sellers and buyers). She will try to get you exactly what you want and need and never push you to close a deal, but if you can't find what you want, she won't quit looking until you're happy. Besides all that, she's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet!

I have known Christina for over ten years and when it was time to buy my first house, I didn't even consider anyone else. She was very professional and showed my a variety of houses. She is very responsive, which came in handy as we often had to look at houses almost immediately because they were selling so fast. When we found the right house she helped me put in an offer and work through all the details. Before putting in the offer, I began to get cold feet and Christina calmed me down and helped me realize that it was everything I had been asking for. It came down to me and another offer in the end and we were able to get the house! I have extremely happy with the house and will definitely contact Christina when its time for the next one!

Christina is an amazing realtor and was with us every step of the way. She knows all about the business and will give you advice that is beneficial to you! We were so thankful to have her help with buying a home! She was easy to get in touch with and worked diligently on our behalf!

Christina is an excellent highly experienced professional! Working with her is a delight. She helped insure we were confident and informed about our purchase. We view many properties during our search and I really appreciated her attention to detail and how easy she was to communicate with. We were first time home buyers and felt very prepared through the entire process.

Christina has been amazingly helpful in helping many of my friends and I the perfect home! She is patient, talented, and I would highly, highly recommend her to anyone, including first-time home buyers or investors!

I can not recommend Christina Neubauer enough!!! We have worked with her multiple times. Not only is she just a lovely, warm, friendly person, but she is extraordinarily knowledgeable about properties in the Louisville area. She is super quick to respond and she has a ton of experience and expertise as a realtor. She really listens to what her clients are looking for in a home and works very hard to find the perfect home for you- you can tell by her hard work and enthusiasm that this work is her passion!
