First, she helped me sell my home, and her experience was invaluable. My house sold in less than 24 hours. Without her, we could have been one of those houses still sitting on the market because their realtor was not educated in marketing, etc. The house I purchased was a foreclosure through HUD, and anyone who knows anything about HUD knows this wasn’t a fun experience.
