We were new to the area so we had to see many homes across Yuma and the Foothils. We even went as far as Welton. Christina was very patient as we came across several potential houses that I wasn't ready to move forward on. After a period of time of seeing what the comps were in the different areas we found one that was worth making an offer on. Christina was very helpful all throughout the inspection period and negotiating with sellers. We closed on time and the wife and kids love the house.
