Christina did a wonderful job navigating the process of selling our beloved second home in the NC Mountains. We were very unhappy with our property management company and decided mid-summer to place the home on the market. Christina provided us some information on market prices and we set a price. Because it was a vacation rental, it was challenging to get people in the house, but Christina was able to find a way to show the home and find a qualified buyer who purchased the home. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful at all times. We expect to be purchasing again in the future because we fell in love with the area and will use Christina in a heartbeat when the time comes. Can't say enough positive things about her.
