Christina is hands down the best agent around! Wouldn’t have been able to sell our house without her. She gave us a list of things to do to the house before listing. Trust me, do the list! It may seem like a lot but it will make the house stand out. She helped us schedule vendors (carpet, painters, cleaners, etc) and came up with a time line to list the house that fit my schedule. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the process. My boyfriend is an artist and had lot of art we needed to part ways with. Christina and Stephanie came up with a great idea to do a silent auction for the art work during the open houses. Stephanie took pictures of the art and made amazing notebook for the silent auction. Our house went under contract fast! We had to sell everything in our 4 bedroom 2500 sqft house and move into a RV. Christina helped us pack the house, ship boxes, and even helped me pack the RV! She really goes above and beyond for her clients. I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else.

I can't recommended Christina enough. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us sell our home in Cedar Park. We went through a VA loan assumption so for any veteran's in the area, she should be who you go to. I can't thank her enough for her patience and helping us make our place look presentable. She helped us clean, found reliable people to make repairs and spruce up the place. But not only that, there was clear communication every step of the way and she was always there to advocate for us.
