Very good with communication. Definitely trys everything she can to help with all your needs. Shes very skilled in the market. Negotiation is okay probably not exceptional. But the world turns on money so understandable. Would I recommend her to anyone of course. Shes sweet polite and carries herself very perfessional.
From the first day we met Christina, I could tell she had our best interests in mind. She is very informative and professional. We got lots of insight from her, ranging from what to look for in properties to gardening tips! She was able to negotiate our closing costs and interest rates to better our behalf. She always kept us in the loop and on track with our busy work schedules. We were nervous about purchasing our first home, but Christina helped make it happen.
