Christina was very patient with me during the sale of my mother's home. We encountered several issues while trying to sell the house and Christina was able to assist us with getting things resolved so we could get to the closing table. I don't know where to begin. Christina is truly the best agent. When I put my home up for sale initially I was in a crunch to move quickly, with that knowledge Christina made me a priority from then on out. I had accepted an offer not even a month into my home being on the market and unfortunately the lending for the loan did not go as planned but dragged along after I had been given a closing date by the buyers lender which lead to me having to make a choice to either cancel the contract or continue signing extensions in order for them to get the loan together. At that rate I had already moved out of state as I had planned to do and was in a huge financial hole. Christina understood that she had to get me another contract and fast. In that process Christina went above and beyond by getting a new contract underway and closing less than 30 days in the mean time she paid for my passed due mortgage payment and got me to the closing table. I will forever be thankful for my agent for not giving up and continuing to support me through this entire journey even if it took longer than expected. We finally made it and I wouldn't know where I would have been if I didn't chose Christina!
