She was extremely accommodating when we flew in for our initial weekend house-hunting trip, and when it took additional time to find our new home. Christina is incredibly knowledgeable about the West Denver suburbs (Arvada, Westminster, Broomfield, etc) and that was very reassuring to us because we were totally unfamiliar with the area. She knew about the different neighborhoods, the schools, and other attributes of homes we viewed. Christina was extremely responsive through the entire process, and that made the stressful experience of finding, and closing, on a new home in a short amount of time so much easier.

Christina is absolutely PHENOMENAL! She worked very hard to make sure we had a great plan for my limited house-hunting trip (4 days). When I arrived in town, she had options for us to visit that day, and 6 more to visit in the next two days. After seeing 14 houses in 2.5 days, we had three houses on a "want" list, with two offers put in. By the end of the third day, she had guided us to an accepted offer on our #1 house.
